Manufactured 1888. Features full octagon barrel, full magazine, sporting front sight, semi-buckhorn rear sporting sight, blued finish, walnut stock, rifle butt. Barrel and tube are a pleasing mix of blue and brown patina with sharp edges and legends. Frame exhibits approximately 10% bright blue but basically the same homogeneous plum-blue-brown patina as seen on barrel. Dust cover has some freckling, Walnut stocks are excellent and proud to metal with no cracks or chips. Fine action. Visible rifling. Far better than most with a great look.
