This lot consists of a large plasterbust of President George Washington. The artist depicted President Washington in colonial attire, with a blue coat and white sash across the chest. He is also shown wearing a red ribbon with a medal at the bottom. This medal is reminiscent of the Masons, a historical club that still exists today. At the bottom of the bust, at the top of the pedestal, "Washington" is carved into it. The piece is stamped with the artists signature and location on the base. Overall the piece is in good, however the rough texture of the cement is visible throughout the entire piece.
