Manufactured in Philadelphia between 1903 and 1930, and in Utica, New York, from approximately 1930 to 1946. Features blued twin barrels, solid matte rib, silver single bead, barrel extension, and A. H. Fox Krupp steel markings on tops of breeches. Engraved case hardened boxlock actions both sides marked "ANSLEY H. FOX", one side engraved with a snipe and the other engraved with a pheasant. Features include double triggers, automatic safeties, and ejectors. Replaced figured pistol grip buttstock with checkered panels behind actions and on wrist, black hard rubber buttplate. Original splinter forearm with engraved Deeley release. Very good condition; barrels retain approximately 95-98% blue finish with some light edge wear and a few light storage marks. Actions retain approximately 60% case colors with the remainder mostly turned silver. Buttstock and forearm with a few scattered marks from use, forearm with one minor chip at the tip. Excellent, shiny bores. Tight actions.
