Factory letter states this revolver was shipped from the factory June 16th, 1924 to Shapleigh Hardware Company in St. Louis, Missouri with a 6-1/2" barrel, blue finish, butt swivel and checkered walnut non-medallion grips. The right grip panel has matching serial number in pencil. Grips are diamond checkered with no medallion, in excellent condition. Hammer, trigger and swivel are case colored. Matching serial number on cylinder and barrel. This gun remains in fine condition, retaining 85-90% original factory blue finish with razor sharp legends. Tight as new lock-up. Strong, clean bore.
