These post-war guns were mostly put together with spare parts after the Allies captured the Krieghoff factory. Features include; round barrel with dovetailed inverted V front sight, V notch rear sight on rear link, thumb safety marked "GESICHERT" in the upper position, extractor marked "GELADN", center toggle link marked "H / (anchor) / K", correct "(eagle) 2" Waffenamts. This is an all matching numbers gun. This gun is only numbered in four places. Front of frame, left side of receiver, inside side plate and magazine bottom. Gun retains approximately 98% of the original factory applied blue finish, straw small parts and just a bit of high edge wear. Ritzmann type brown Bakelite fine checkered grips with sharp checkering and also has an FXO magazine with a aluminum bottom that is numbered to the gun. Great bore with sharp lands and grooves. A scarce gun. It is listed in Gibson's book by serial number on page 77. Estimated production is 233 guns. Comes in an unmarked black hard shell holster and has an "(eagle) 2" marked loading tool.
