Japanese. Pre-war. Distributed by George Borgfeldt. Wind-up mechanism is working. When wound, Donald moves forward and spins around whirligig. Sticker still remains on Donald's stomach. Celluloid umbrella is slightly warped, there is one small crack in Donald's left foot where metal piece joins base, and Pluto has a repair on his right front leg.
