Japanese. Pre-war. Marked "Walt E. Disney" on side of boat and "Made in Japan" on bottom. Donald has movable arms and is holding an oar in his left hand. Mickey's nose is nice, straight, and has not been pushed in. No dents or cracks except for around Donald's neck.
