Mills produced two versions of the Silver Cup and without a doubt, this particular example is the most impressive! A pair of color match wheels affixed to the top of the machine are reminiscent of the Caille or Fey version. Perhaps what is most interesting is that Mills utilized the ever popular for the time period, Check Boy with some major adjustments to the mechanism. Rarer than hen's teeth, this version of the Silver Cup with its elaborate nickel plated iron castings not only caught a players eye but the mechanical action was just as enthralling to watch. A very nice original machine that would be difficult to improve upon. A seldom found machine and certainly a great companion piece/must have for the collector that already owns the Caille and Fey Silver Cup machines. Circa 1911. One key is included.
