Manufactured 1934. Offered is a standard issue blued Colt Model 1911-A1 Ace semi-automatic pistol with all correct components to include checkered wide spur hammer, checkered slide stop and safety, checkered trigger, checkered arched mainspring housing, near mint proper two-tone magazine stamped "COLT ACE .22 LR". Overall pistol retains approximately 95% original blue with light high edge wear and some thinning on grip strap. Razor sharp legends. Excellent checkered walnut grips. Fine bore and action. Comes with a proper pre-war box that has been rebuilt for display along with original instructions.
