Features globe front sight, sporting rear peep sight, nickel plated frame, blued octagon barrel, spur trigger, and two piece walnut grips. Has a nickel plated, unnumbered metal skeletal stock. Barrel has "FARNK WESSON 1870" stamp on left side. Nice mix of blue-brown patina. Sharp edges and legends. 95% original nickel on frame. Two piece walnut grips are excellent. Matching number on barrel. Very good rifling. Working condition. This is considered a medium frame manufactured 1870 to 1893; 2nd Type with iron frame.
