An improved version of the G41 introduced in 1943 with modified gas system, built by Carl Walther. It is full stocked with full length hand guard. Stock is made of wood. Dovetailed for telescopic sight on right side. Magazine capacity is ten rounds. Used by German sharpshooters during the second World War. Matching number on bolt and frame. No import marks. Stock is not marked and has been heavily re-varnished. Has a patch where sling was once attached. Matte black finish. Single magazine made in Denmark. Left side of frame has the Waffenamt stamp. Frame and barrel are a blue-brown patina. Rough forging on frame and bolt. Correct military rear sight. Has a steel cupped buttplate with trapdoor. Missing cleaning rod. Strong rifled bore. No visible cracks on stock. No military markings on stock.
