Blued rifled heavy octagonal barrel with rifled false muzzle, hooded front sight and Lyman rear peep sight. Top flat stamped "E.F. HERMAN 32". Plain brass furniture including pierced patchbox, large eagle inlaid on cheek piece on left side, pierced sideplate, nose cap and brass lined bench rest, Double set triggers and double spurred trigger guard with ivory inlays at each end. Full length maple stock with large cheek piece and incise carved designs carved on left side of buttstock, forend and on forearm. Unmarked blued flintlock mechanism and barrel with removable touch hole. Excellent condition; retains almost all of blued finish on lock and barrel with a few light marks from use. Bore is excellent. Stock excellent with a few light marks from use. This is a great competition or long distance target rifle.
