This dropcard viewer is different from its floor model counterparts as it is made for resting atop a counter. The sheet metal body is painted in red and black and is accented by black flowers and a cast iron marquee. For 10¢ patrons could view "Real Movies!" as proclaimed by the marquee. The inner card reel spins automatically upon depositing a dime into the coin slot. Showing wear throughout. In working condition. Two keys are provided. Circa 1920s.
