This is an early Model 1908 full stock true Mannlicher carbine that features blued finish, ramp front sight, folding leaf rear sight, butter knife bolt, double set triggers, checkered steel buttplate with trapdoor, sling swivels, metal nose cap, and full length one piece checkered walnut Mannlicher stock with grip cap. Stamped "M1908" on bridge. Barrel retains approximately 90% original factory blue mixed with some light age freckling. Frame retains approximately 85% original blue, blending with some plum. Floorplate has about 30% blue. Trigger guard is patina. Stock is very good to excellent, with lovely grain and a bit shy at toe. Solid action and strong, rifled bore. Nice early example.
