Counter top cigarette trade stimulator, made mostly of a dark finished wood. The interior contains the original paper marquee but has visible water damage. The center is a green felt base with 3 dice. Insert a nickel and the felt base will spin, moving the dice. Depending on the outcome, player can win a choice of cigarettes, beer or trade. Wear is seen throughout. Manufacturer unknown. One key is included.
