Manufactured 1919. All numbers match. Reblued steel barrels with solid matte rib with one red bead and one white bead. Breech is marked on top "STERLINGWORTH FLUID COMPRESSED STEEL / MADE BE A.H. FOX GUN CO. PHILA. PA. U.S.A.". Case hardened boxlock action engraved with rocker panel borders and stamped "STERLINGWORTH" on both sides. Blued trigger guard, extractors, non-automatic safeties and "MILLER" selector trigger. Figured walnut Monte Carlo pistol grip buttstock with checkered panels behind actions, checkered panels on each side of wrist and White Line recoil pad. Figured semi-beavertail forearm with large checkered panel. Excellent condition, as refinished. Bright shiny bores and tight action. Barrels retain 95-98% reblued finish. Action retains about 30-40% of original case colors with the rest mostly turned to silver. Trigger guard tang shows some wear. Stock retains about 70-80% varnished finish with some minor marks.
