This pistol was manufactured in 1923. It features the standard blue Colt factory finish with Colt gutta percha grips. This example has the matching slide serial number (66898). Pistol still retains at least 90% factory blue with just minor high edge wear and thinning on straps with touch of freckling. Near mint bore and action. Grips are excellent and sharp. It has an original two tone temper line Colt magazine stamped "Cal. 380 Colt" in near mint condition as well. Numbered in their own serial range, the .380 models are far scarcer than their .32 counterparts. Far better than average piece.
