Manufactured 1902. This revolver features blued barrel, cylinder, backstrap, trigger guard; fire blued screws and trigger; case colored wide spur target hammer and frame. Retains approximately 50-60% of original colors. The royal Colt original high polish blue on the barrel remains at 95% with some thinning along side and muzzle. The ejector rod retains 85% original blue and the cylinder which has high edge and high point wear still retains 85% blue as well. The straps still retain the majority of the original high polish blue with some thinning on high edge of trigger guard. Real ivory two piece grips in excellent condition, very well fitted. Razor sharp legends. Lock-ups like new. Still has the majority of the blue on front grip strap, thinning on rear. Indexes perfectly. Near mint bore. Extremely handsome, high condition, all original Old West era Colt Bisley in popular caliber and barrel length. One would be hard pressed to find a finer all original example.
