This pistol was manufactured by DWM for military contract to the Portuguese Armed Forces between 1908 and 1910. Features: blue finish, checkered walnut grips, straw color small parts, un-numbered wood bottom aluminum magazine with grip safety. The toggle is stamped DWM in script. The chamber is stamped with a large “M-2” with crown. All numbers are matching. Walnut grips are dated 1931 in pencil on inside left panel. This Luger has seen very little use retaining approximately 98% original blue finish including straps. Lovely, near perfect straw colors. Excellent checkered walnut grips. Fine bore and action. Far above average example.
