Colt produced a total of 1,000 special sets in 1986 entitled the "Double Diamond Model". All had the DD prefix serial number. All sets issued in a walnut display case with glass top. Case comes with a belt buckle, an enameled plaque, set key, and a Colt pocket watch with the 1877 Lightning on face. We do not believe the watch is an original piece to this set. Both guns were factory nickel plated with smooth wood grips with 150th anniversary emblem. Left side is stamped "COLT DOUBLE DIAMOND 150". Both have blued sights with balance all nickel. Python has light drag line otherwise, in near new condition. Python grips have some oil stains. The Colt 1911 is a Combat Model stamped "COLTS OFFICERS ACP" on right side. Unfired condition.
