This standard rifle exhibits a beautiful walnut stock with a near perfect "JSA 1902" stamp on left side with Serif "P" proof on bottom. The trigger guard retains 95% re-applied blue finish. The side plate has been re-blued and has pitting under finish. The frame and box magazine are a mottled gray. The barrel is a mix of blue and brown patina. Action is fine. Strong rifling with black powder residue throughout. Great stock belongs on a better gun.
