The Model 43 was manufactured from 1949 to 1957. Standard features include: round barrel, hooded ramp front sight, sporting rear sight, blued finish, magazine fed, and bolt action. The stock is an unadorned pistol grip with steel checkered buttplate and straight comb. This rifle remains in excellent, all original condition, retaining virtually all of the original blue of the frame. Trigger guard has 90% blue. Rifle sports a Leopold scope. Fine action and strong rifle bore. This rifle is often overlooked by collectors and shooters but should be a winner given the rare and popular .218 Bee cartridge.
