Offer is a standard Model 1873 rifle features; two barrel bands, barrel has "VP" proof, 1873 rear sight, block is stamped "US Model 1873", lock plate stamped "US Springfield", full length walnut stock with no visible cartouche. All metal is blued brown patina; rear barrel band is pitted and missing swivel. Stock is very good with usual abrasions. Action is fine. Strong rifling partial cleaning rod and replaced front sight.
