Offered is a factory engraved, all original, early post war pigeon grade Model 12 with fantastic wood. In beautiful condition with an added spacer with solid Winchester pad for a 13-3/4” LOP. The factory engraving on the left side of the receiver is a Winchester no 12-5 pattern used from 1924 to 1964. The right side pattern with flying ducks is listed on the same page 44, as the 12-5 pattern as well. In addition to the engraving on frame, there is some light engraving on take down ring and barrel breech. Shotgun also features jeweled bolt and lifter as the engraved pigeon at base of magazine, the deluxe checkered finish walnut stock, has a Winchester pistol grip cap and Monte Carlo comb. Shotgun is in near new condition inside and out. Not the typical pigeon grade checkering on wrist. If an upgrade pattern of engraving is typical Winchester per book and quality is master class with sharp edges.
