Rifle was manufactured in 1902. Standard features: octagon barrel, full magazine, Winchester sporting sights, blue finish, walnut stocks, with rifle butt. While the magazine has touches of original blue, majority of the metal parts on this rifle are a mix of gray and plum patina with overall age freckling. Walnut stock is original to gun, proud to metal with usual bumps and bruises, slightly shy at toe. Fairly strong bore with minor erosion. Rifle has razor sharp stamps, good shooter or great restoration project.
