This Model 66 was manufactured by Mauser-Werke at Oberndorf. The barrel is stamped "Original Mauser" in banner. Features: full round barrel with integral barrel mounting rib, ramp front sight, ported, blued frame, all of which retains approximately 98% original factory high polish blue finish as does trigger guard albeit some minor high edge wear. The grip cap reads "Original Mouser" in banner. The beautiful walnut stock sports a European style Monte Carlo stock with diamond skip checkering and black waffle recoil pad. Rifle sports a quality Zeiss 1.5 - 6x German scope with rear claw mount. Aside from a few minor bruises and a hint of high edge wear, this rifle is in near new condition. Even has the European double set triggers. This rifle was made for the European trade and seldom seen in the states.
