Charming 9" Cramer rabbit couple. Circa 1920's. Eduard Cramer, one of Germany's most renowned toy companies, produced an array of whimsical bears, rabbits and other animals for many decades, most notably in the 1920-1935 time period. This rabbit pair is dressed in original clothing with silk plush heads and paws, small glass eyes and vivid airbrushing including a mark indicating a red tongue. Head and arms are jointed and the boy bunny smokes a pipe while his companion carries a few flowers. Vibrant coloring with virtually no fading to outfits.
Condition: (Very Good Plus - Excellent).
