Box shaped counter top trade stimulator with 3 cigarette reels. Patron receives any pack of 15¢ cigarettes if a 3-of-a-kind is obtained. They are then able to collect gum through the compartment on the bottom left corner. There is moderate paint loss throughout with scratches on the chrome front display. Of Groetchen Tool Mfg., circa 1940. No keys provided.
