Production of the Old Model Blackhawk started in 1956. This revolver was manufactured in 1959. It sports a round blue barrel and ejector housing with ramp front and adjustable rear sights, fluted six shot blue cylinder, blue frame and walnut two piece grips with Ruger logo. Gun retains 97% of the original factory applied blue finish. Faint high edge wear and a slight cylinder drag line. Crisp single action that indexes and locks up tight. This gun has not been updated with a hammer block. Mirror bore with sharp lands and grooves.
