This is a fabulous example of the iconic No. 1 Barbie doll first made in 1959. An investment quality piece, this doll retains its original pink skin tone as well as being the harder to find brunette edition. Barbie is complete with her original box, which as a bonus, was autographed by Ruth Handler, Barbie's creator. Included is Barbie's hard to find first issue stand, which is unique to only the No. 1 doll, and in cellophane packaging a newsletter, high heeled shoes, a pair of earrings and her sunglasses. A great example with no apologies!! Overall in near mint condition. CORRECTION: Hair band on this example may not be factory original.
