Manufactured by Enterprise Mfg. of Philadelphia, PA in 1873. The body is constructed of cast iron painted in red with a golden eagle finial atop an aluminum hopper. The rotating wheels are blue with gold details, complete with an oak handle to match the oak base and receiving compartment. This particular item has definitely aged with time, showing wear and crazing which encircle the hopper.
