This is a cash register of November 1897, manufactured by the National Cash Register Co., serial number: 1383775. It has an ornate brass finish with a highly intricate detailed design throughout named The Empire, constructed by Tiffany's New York. "National" is inscribed across the cash register door. This crank machine, Model 442, includes a natural stone plinth above the 10 slot currency drawer, an oak base and a time printer clock. Pleasant appearance overall, one key is included.
