Factory letter states this revolver was shipped to Wolf & Klar on October 17th, 1922, with a 6 - 1/2" barrel, nickel finish, butt swivel, and checkered walnut grips which were dealer swapped for real Mother of Pearl pre-war style grips. This Model was built on the five screw, square butt, N frame, six shot double action with case colored hammer and trigger. Matching numbers on barrel and cylinder. Gun remains in excellent all original factory condition retaining about 95% nickel with the usual storage marks and light surface marks. Indexes and locks up like new with a fine, strong bore. Beautiful Roaring Twenties Texas-shipped big bore .44.
