Manufactured 1908. Features blue finish, fixed sight, case colored hammer, Colt gutta percha grips, square butt with lanyard and blued magazine stamped "MIL. COLT 38 CAL." Pony in circle on left rear. Slide retains about 40% high polish blue with sharp legends. Left side of slide cleaned. Frame retains 40% high polish blue with balance grey patina. Strong colors on hammer. Lanyard loop misshapen. Grips are excellent. Fine action and bore. Colt Factory letter lists Serial No. 31576 as shipped to Kimball & Upton Co. Sacramento, California, June 1st, 1908.
