Manufactured in Germany by J.P. Sauer & Sohn from 1974 - 1985. Features a round high polish blued barrel, no sights, four shot detachable magazine, checked walnut stock, rosewood forend tip, pistol grip cap and black Colt Sauer waffle recoil pad. Includes a Redfield 6x - 18x scope with a 4 - Plex Accu - Range reticle mounted with engraved and inlaid Leupold scope rings and mounts. Bluing is very good with some minor freckling spots on top of the barrel and left rear side of the action. Walnut stock is very good with some marks in the finish around sling mounts. Bore and action are excellent. These rifles are some of the finest hunting rifles every made and this rifle is a great example.
