Case V42 Special Forces 7 - 1/4" double edge combat blade; overall 12 - 1/2". Handled with genuine stag. Blade is bright steel with all original black finish being removed. Non-original leather sheath. Circa 1942 to 1943. Rarely, if ever, does a factory prototype turn up for public sale. This is virtually one of a kind, pre-production prototype obtained from the factory.
