This is a musical instrument, formed by combining multiple tuned keys and played in an orchestral fashion. This particular glockenspiel was manufactured by J.C. Deagan of New York in the 1920's but as said on the marquee, restored in 1987. The cabinet is made of wood, hand painted with carousel horses throughout and a mesh facade, allowing an internal view of the instrument. Complete with a marquee, "Advertising Painless Parker The Dentist" and a Yamaha MDF2 with 3 micro-floppy discs. There is a switch on the right of the housing, which turns on the exterior red lighting and extends 5-1/2" out. There is little to no wear.
Condition: (Very Good - Excellent).
Item Dimensions: 23"T x 48"W x 16-1/2"D.
