Fully housed in an oak cabinet with a hand carved floral embossed graphic at the center of the front panel, complete with simple brass fittings. This floor gaming wheel model was manufactured by Cowper Manufacturing Co. in 1898. The paper marquee reads "Seven Can Play As Well As One Pull Handle Down And Let Go." The colors on the gaming wheel as well as on the brass marquee indicate cent and dollar value. There are minor signs of wear and there is a small hairline crack on the glass of the award card. The machine is currently jammed and will not accept the nickels. No keys are provided.
