This early SP1 was manufactured in 1973 near the tail-end of the Vietnam War and is nearly identical to the model used by U.S. forces in Vietnam with the exception of being semi-automatic only. Has the second style flash suppressor, triangular black composite forend, smooth front black composite pistol grip, composite stock, and pre-dates the push rod assist. Retains nearly all of its original parkerized finish with a couple of minor storage marks. Excellent stock. Complete with period 20 round Colt magazine. Fine bore and action.
