This combination grip and lung tester was created by Caille Bros. during the early 1900's. For a quarter players can either blow into the rubber hose or squeeze the grip to raise the man's head "stretching" his neck. The gentleman's head, which vaguely resembles Louis Armstrong, is kept behind beveled glass in an oak cabinet. No keys are provided.
