Round smoothbore steel barrel with sights mounted on top and stamped on breech with British view and proof marks. Barrel retained by three steel barrel keys. Flat percussion lockplate stamped with East India Company prancing lion in center. Standard full-length Pattern 1842 walnut stock and brass furniture. Buttplate tang and back of trigger guard tang are marked with Cyrillic characters. Complete with steel ramrod and sling swivels. Barrel and lock retain a brown patina with some freckling on lockplate. Brass retains an unpolished patina and stock is very good with a few light marks.
