Toy is marked "Copyright by Howard R. Garis" on front hood and "Germany" on rear. Looks to be all original including the stick, hat, brim of hat and ears. Uncle Wiggily is carrying a suitcase in left hand and a multicolored stick in the right hand. There is some edge wear and scratching throughout.
Condition: (Very Good).
