Clabrough began making hammerless double guns in 1882. This high grade shotgun was manufactured in 1904. It is Nitro-proofed. Features Deeley release, single trigger, and manual extractor. Barrels have the milled scooped rib, maker stamped, retaining 85% of the high quality original English blue with some thinning. Left barrel in carry area has finely scroll engraved action. Has a splinter checkered walnut forend with ebony tip. 75% bright factory blue on trigger guard that is dealer stamped "Lovett & Ranham Buenos Aires". Round knob checkered walnut stock in excellent condition with period solid red rubber recoil pad. Locks up like new with mirror bores.
