Includes original box, which is complete but has some tape repair and one detached but present flap. Nice colored graphics on all sides of box, also has some waviness and some staining. Toy itself has bright clean litho and has four swings that, when lever is pushed, swing around the tower. Box is in very good condition; toy is in excellent condition.
