Toy has very nice colorful lithography. Depicts children in the rocket ships. When wound, the four rockets spin around the tower. One propeller is intact, the other three need to be replaced. One 2" spot of oxidation on the base, otherwise it is in very good to excellent condition.
Condition: (Very Good - Excellent).
