Matching bolt. Features full round barrel, hooded ramp front sight, no filler in barrel collar, Lyman receiver sight, blued finish, pistol grip checkered walnut stock, checkered steel shotgun buttplate, sling swivels. The frame is missing the scope base tap screws. Frame is cut for pre-war stripper clip. Slight line on barrel breech where rear sight elevator left mark, otherwise 95% blue on barrel and frame. 70% blue on trigger guard and floorplate. Wood is very good with worn checkering. Strong rifling and fine bore. 7mm is the fourth rarest of all Winchester Model 70 chamberings with a mere .25% manufactured from 1936 to 1949, a total of 1,470 rifles.
