Standard post-1951 R Model with factory blue finish, sporting sights, rounded checkered walnut forend, pistol grip checkered walnut stock, and blued serrated steel buttplate. 95% original blue on barrel. 80% original blue on frame, thinning at base and left from carry. Bright case colors on lever. Excellent to near mint checkered walnut stock with pistol grip and sling eyes. Fine action. Strong near mint. Considered to date to be one of the finest lever action rifles ever made, especially in this model.
