Colt Factory letter lists Model 1902 Military Serial No. 41890 as shipped on March 27th, 1923 to Hibbard, Spencer & Bartlett in Chicago, Illinois in a shipment of only one gun. Letter lists stocks as "Not Listed" and gun now sports a pair of real Mother of Pearl thick slab grips in near mint condition. Pistol remains in fine overall condition with high edge muzzle wear and a few storage marks on bottom of frame; otherwise retains fully 98% of the brilliant high polish factory blue. Has original "MIL 38 COLT" magazine and lanyard loop. 98% bright colors on hammer. Fine bore and action. Nice, high condition Chicago gangster era shipped 1902.
