One of the finest quality made in America Sharps rifles patterned after the incredibly rare Model 1875 Sharps action, which is a cross between an 1878, but with an outside hammer. Features round barrel that is stamped "OLD RELIABLE", knife blade front sight, full buckhorn rear sight with folding ladder, matte blue finish, case colored frame, lever and hammer; plain walnut Schnable forend, coarse checkered steel case colored buttplate, walnut stock and tang sight. Barrel is stamped "CAL 45 2 1/10". Rifle is near new inside and out with a couple of minor surface marks on stock.
