This is a Model 1879 rifle that has been converted to carbine with round barrel, military rear sight, single band, sling swivels, walnut stock and carbine butt. Retains 90% of the reapplied blue on barrel, trigger guard, bands and butt. Frame has been cleaned. Fine action and strong, clean bore. Should be a great shooter as is or a nice large frame for a custom rifle.
